Selena Gomez, an actress and singer, is a household name worldwide. Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place was one of her most well-known projects. The full title of her name is Selena Marie Gomez. She was born on 22nd July, 1992 located in Grand Prairie Texas. Amanda Cornett and Ricardo Gomez were her parents. Selena's mom was 16 years old at the time her birth. When she was just 9 years old Selena was able to make her debut in the showbiz industry by playing Gianna on Barney and her Friends. In this way she was among the thousands of kids who've had the opportunity to interact with the humanoid purple dinosaur which has grown to become well-known in the world of science fiction. Selena participated in a number of episodes in seasons 7 and 8, between 2001 and2003. Selena Gomez was not the only performer to be featured in Barney & His Friends from 2001 to the year 2003. Demi Lorvato joined the team as well. Selena Gomez tried out for many roles after leaving Barney and the Friends, but she was unsuccessful. In 2003, she played one small role Mini Spies 3: (Spy Kids 3D Game Over) as well as on Walker Texas Ranger Trial by Fire in the role of Julie.
