Annie Mist Thorisdottir, an experienced professional CrossFit athlete from Reykjavik Iceland. She owns and runs Crossfit Reykjavik in Iceland, in which she coaches athletes. Annie is the only woman to has been crowned winner of CrossFit Games in two consecutive year. Her second place was both in 2010, and in 2014. Annie Thorisdottir from Iceland is a weightlifter and also an Icelandic CrossFit athlete and celebrity media personality. She has won the CrossFit Games 2011 and 2012 twice as the first women. Winner in the Dubai Fitness Competition 2013 and 2017Annie has gained a lot of attention. Annie, her parents, and siblings were all born and grew up within Reykjavik Iceland. As a child she was an avid fan of sports and exercise. She participated in many school activities and won a number of medals. In 2009 she took part in CrossFit competitions in California. The first performances were quite impressive. Annie Thorisdottir was 31, (by the year 2021). She's 5'7 and weighs around 67kg. Annie was the first to start CrossFit in California, in 2009. At the beginning of her competition, she did very well and finished in the top 10 among 70. However, she didn't win a championship and concluded with a 11th-place finish in the event. In 2010 Annie finished 1st in European Regionals Qualifier. Under the coaching of Jami Tikkanen, Annie finished 2nd in CrossFit Games and was awarded the Silver Medal that year. It was her second year, she competed again in CrossFit Games. Due to her outstanding performance, she was the first woman to be awarded CrossFit Games. In 2012, Annie was again the winner of the CrossFit Games because of her exceptional performance and was the first female athlete who has won two CrossFit Games consecutively. She also received a medal of silver in 2014 as well as the bronze medal at CrossFit Games in 2021. Annie trains and coaches at Crossfit Reykjavik that she started. Annie has gained recognition for her athletic skills, has been featured in commercials for sporting products like Reebok Rogue Fitness Transparent Labs Nuun Hydration, Yerbae Renaissance Periodization Transparent Labs as well as many more.
