Hayley is an American actor and singer. The majority of people recognize the name as Erica Goldberg, from the show 'The Goldbergs' on television. However, she considers herself primarily as a musician. Since she was 9 years older, she started exploring music. After she turned 12 years old, the art of music was taken seriously enough to warrant professional training. As a teenager when she began writing her own music. The album that she first released wasn't released until 14 years after. From that moment on she's never been back. Orrantia has Hispanic roots, however she was born in USA. Though she grew up speaking only English and has never lived in Mexico she's very happy about her Hispanic heritage. To preserve her heritage, she's learned Spanish and composed songs that are in Spanish. "Hasta Verte," which she recorded in Spanish is one such attempt. Orrantia was picked to perform for The X Factor's first season, which aired in summer 2011. Orrantia won the first season of The X-Factor following the submission of a YouTube audition video. She received the four "yes" vote of the judge in the live stage audition in Seattle. The first time she auditioned, she was a solo performer, but after "Hollywood Week" the three female performers were added to groups to take part in the auditions. They were eventually eliminated at the end of the fifth show.
